Need For Speed MW Camera Control Updated

I have made some progress hiding the glass but it still needs work, maybe the next update.

What's new in v2.0 on 11/22/2012?

• Added toggle HUD HotKey (Num 7)
• Camera is restored during accident or cutscene
• Re-ordered controls
• Fixed a bug that saved presets each frame
