Downloads Link Updated

Updated the link on the sidebar for the Google Drive, the old link was producing error 500 for some strange reason.

This is not my fault, apparently Google Drive has made some changes, the new link seems to work although it is still a bit slow.

    Hey RacerS,

    Is it possible you could write/make another D3D9.dll for UniversalResChanger that includes D3D9EX functions?

    I'm trying to get it to change the resolution in Sonic 4 Episode 1 which is locked internally to 1280x720 no matter what.

    But it throws up this error when trying

    "The Procedure entry point Direct3DCreate9Ex could not be located in the dynamic link library d3d9.dll"

    I know it wasn't created for other games than you initially made it for, but it works wonderfully for many like Crazy Taxi and Space Channel 5 pt2
